Thank you for shopping with BirdReel! We are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. All orders ship from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Method Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days
Priority Shipping 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected service. Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Orders placed before 2:00 PM MT on business days are typically processed the same day.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States only (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.)
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or priority orders
  • Some oversized items may have additional shipping requirements

Delivery Issues

If your package appears lost, damaged in transit, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
