This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on birdreel.com and retailer.birdreel.com, what each one does, and the choices you have.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember things between pages and visits, such as what is in your cart or that you are signed in.
Strictly necessary (always on)
These make the site work. They are not used for advertising, and sign-in, the cart and checkout cannot work without them.

Analytics (only with your permission)
If you choose “Accept all”, or allow Analytics under Cookie preferences, your browser measures how quickly each page loads (Google’s Core Web Vitals) and sends those timings to BirdReel, together with the page address and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. This sets no cookie, includes no name, email address or account details, and is never shared with or sold to anyone. We use it only to make the site faster.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “no” automatically and do not ask.
Marketing
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
Embedded videos
Our tutorial and product videos are hosted on YouTube and embedded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no YouTube cookies until you press play. Once you play a video, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
Your choices
Use “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of any page to change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking the strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in, the cart and checkout from working.
