I recently moved and in the move I left my bird feeder laying on the ground in my backyard. It rained and collected water and submerged the camera. I emailed customer service and they were most helpful, getting me sorted and a new camera sent in just a few days. We are back online with the new camera and can now see more birds than ever.

I contacted BirdReel about my scratched/pecked camera. Happily, i was told it was under warranty and a new one would be sent out. It was easy to replace and now i can check out all the birds. Thank you BirdReel for your prompt and courteous response

The BirdReel company was very prompt to assist me with the set up and troubleshooting of my new hummingbird feeder. It has worked terrific all summer and now that the hummingbirds are gone I will bring it in for the winter and put my BR-11 feeder, which I have had for a couple of years ,back out. I love both of these feeders and they give me close ups of birds that I had not had before. Pricy but good quality and excellent support. They are well worth the money for the enjoyment I receive.

I am still experiencing difficulties with the new camera. It worked fine and I was able to install it in the birdhouse without scaring the bluebird away. Then the camera produced only black and whit images. It was fully charged on a sunny day. It indicated that the solar was charging the battery; however by morning it was depleted and now is offline. I am afraid that my bluebird will abandon the eggs that are there…so I am not very satisfied. I seem to have purchased a $300 birdhouse…
